We are pet friendly! Please note that we do not allow self-towing, and deliveries are the only option available.

Cancellation details:

  • If you cancel 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded, and the other 50% can be used as credit for future rentals.
  • If you encounter any issues with your rental, such as a malfunctioning camper or other customer service issues, we will provide gift certificates for future rentals only. We do not offer cash refunds.
  • In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation for tourists issued for Monroe County, we will issue a refund for any unused days, minus the delivery fee, or offer credit towards a future rental, including the delivery fee. Please note that there are no refunds for unused days in any other circumstances.

We want you to feel at home during your stay. That’s why we’ve included the following items in your rental price:

  • A coffee maker and toaster to start your day off right
  • Pots and pans for cooking your favorite meals
  • Dishes, bowls, glasses, and mugs for dining in
  • Utensils and silverware for meal prep and eating
  • Soap in the kitchen and bathroom for your convenience
  • Dish soap and sponge to keep things tidy
  • Up to 4 rolls of toilet paper so you don’t have to worry about running out
  • Pillows for a comfortable night’s sleep

 

For an additional charge, we offer the following items to make your stay even more enjoyable:

  • Linens and towels to save you the hassle of bringing your own
  • An outdoor package that includes camping chairs, an outdoor rug, an outdoor fan, and a tablecloth with clips, so you can enjoy the great outdoors in comfort.

 

We hope these items will enhance your stay and make it a truly memorable experience.

We also offer a CAMPSITE BOOKING SERVICE

Don’t have time to find a campsite? We can find it for you!

We will do all the calling for you to find a list of campgrounds that have sites available for dates you requested.

 

You will need to book our camper and select Campsite Booking Fee in OPTIONS during your reservation process on our website.

 

This fee is non refundable regardless if we will find a spot for you or not. We will contact campgrounds on your behalf and check their availability and price in all campgrounds where we deliver all over the Keys. As soon as we confirm availability and receive a quote – we will send you an email with all offers for you to choose from. When you will pick the one you want – we will ask for your credit card number that will secure your campsite. This transaction will be billed by the campground, not Key West RV Rentals. We will contact you with campground offers within 24-48 hours from the time that we receive your reservation for the camper. If we will not be able to find you a campsite or you decline all the campground offers – we will refund your $250 deposit for the camper minus Campsite Booking Service Fee in the amount of $75 (plus tax).

Our family wanted to do a trip in Key West Florida and decided to rent an RV from here. We were pleasantly surprised and overall happy with how well everything went. The RV itself was well maintained, modern, and spacious. It was just the right size and we all enjoyed spending time together. Matt prepared us for everything we needed to know and also sent videos in case we had any problems. He was professional and thorough and we would rent from him again. Unfortunately, our original RV reservation got canceled due to a miscommunication we had July 4th weekend but Matt was quick to help figure out an alternative!
