Cancellation Policy

- If you cancel 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit minus booking fee.
- If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a 100% refund of your deposit minus booking fee.
- If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded, and the remaining 50% will be issued as credit that can be applied towards future rentals minus booking fee.
- For cancellations made 7 days or less before the arrival date, the deposit or payment is non-refundable. However, you can still utilize the full amount as credit for future rental bookings except the booking fee which is non-refundable.
- If you encounter any issues with your rental, such as a malfunctioning camper or other customer service issues, we will provide gift certificates for future rentals only. We do not offer cash refunds.
- In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation for tourists issued for Monroe County, we will issue a refund for any unused days, minus the delivery fee, or offer credit towards a future rental, including the delivery fee. Please note that there are no refunds for unused days in any other circumstances.
